Briana Perry is a Senior Analyst with the C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group. Leveraging recent experience in data analysis and compensation design within a nonprofit organization, Briana works with C3 to support critical client projects and help ensure the design and implementation of competitive total rewards programs and equitable workplace strategies.
Her experience includes:
- Collecting salary data, conducting complex statistical analyses, and assessing internal client data to help determine competitive market rates.
- Analyzing client compensation and pay practices data to maintain internal equity and ensure alignment with market data and best practices.
- Providing support on diverse client projects such as compensation structure reviews, job analyses and other important total rewards initiatives.
- Enhancing survey design, administration and reporting through ongoing improvements to related tools, resources and processes.
Before joining C3, Briana spent time doing advanced research and Texas Association of School Boards where she served as the sole analyst for more than 30 client compensation projects. She has also worked for Habitat for Humanity.
She received both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston.
