As AI moves beyond a purely technical concern to a core people and culture focus, this session will help organizations move from ad hoc tool adoption to a strategic, values-based approach. Participants will explore how to develop and evolve AI guiding principles, discern HR’s evolving role in AI strategy and implementation alongside IT, Legal, and other organizational partners, and apply AI thoughtfully across core HR functions like recruiting, workforce planning, professional development, and people processes.
The day will combine plenary discussion with focused breakout sessions, featuring practitioner perspectives from organizations at all stages on their AI journey.
