Dijana Ilic is a Senior Consultant with C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group. She has over ten years of experience in compensation consulting and a keen understanding of the complexities that mission-based organizations face. Dijana specializes in providing nonprofits counsel as it relates to recruiting and retaining top talent within a highly unique and specialized marketplace.

Dijana applies an extensive range of experience in executive compensation and governance, staff compensation and benefits and total reward strategies. She is passionate about partnering with clients to develop equitable workplace strategies and drive performance in related initiatives.

Dijana’ s experience includes:

  • Partnering with compensation committees and C-Suite leadership to review, refine, and enhance executive compensation programs, including salaries, annual- and long-term incentive plans, benefits plans, goal setting, and contract provisions and renewals.
  • Performing complex data modeling and cost analyses to support leadership in critical business decisions around market competitiveness, pay equity, and recruitment and retention.
  • Conducting market and internal pay equity and representation reviews.
  • Managing a team of analysts and consultants to ensure the delivery of effective rewards strategies.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the regulatory environment to mitigate risk and assist clients with ongoing compliance.

Prior to joining C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group, Dijana held several consulting roles within the Executive Pay and Governance practice of a major global consulting firm where she was responsible for multi-billion-dollar clients in the health care, higher education, and general nonprofit.

Dijana attended Lynn University where she received her MBA in Financial Valuation and Investment Management and Cabrini University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business and Human Resources.
