Alexa Haley

Senior Consultant

Alexa Haley is a Senior Consultant with the C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group. With more than a decade of broad-based compensation experience, she leverages a breadth of knowledge to help organizations develop and refine their total reward strategies to meet complex business needs while aligning to their overall mission.

Alexa enjoys learning about and developing relationships with each of her clients. She holds a special interest in utilizing data to diagnose, inform, and formulate compensation strategies.

Her experience includes:

  • Assessing and aligning total rewards programs that are market competitive, meet operational demands, and consider cost constraints.
  • Designing career ladders and reward opportunities that support organizational talent management strategies.
  • Conducting job analyses compliant with FLSA regulations, as well as market benchmarking for both staff and executive positions.
  • Creating, reviewing, and applying pay-for-performance compensation models that reward and recognize staff and improve employee productivity.
  • Developing complex salary structures and associated cost modeling for large employee populations

Before joining C3, Alexa was a Senior Consultant with SullivanCotter in the Workforce Analytics and Rewards group, servicing a variety of health care organizations. Prior to that, she served as an internal Senior Compensation Analyst at one of the largest academic medical centers in the country responsible for an assigned employee population of over 20,000 incumbents.

She received her Master of Business Administration from the Duquesne University Palumbo-Donahue School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Compensation Professional with WorldatWork.
