Damien McGuigan is a Consulting Manager at C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group. With almost 15 years of experience across a wide array of industries, he helps organizations deliver total compensation programs that are both equitable and competitive.
Damien utilizes his strong technical background and project management skills to drive the delivery of high-value programs designed to enhance employee recruitment, retention, and engagement.
Damien’s experience includes:
- Developing global compensation philosophies that align with an organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Conducting cash compensation and total compensation studies, including salary structure development, job titling review, job leveling, and supporting change implementation.
- Partnering with HR leadership to develop a strategic approach to pay transparency within organizations.
- Designing bonus/incentive plans that reward and motivate talent while ensuring a strong connection to business performance.
- Providing leadership with complex data modeling and cost analyses to help support critical compensation decision-making.
- Developing job descriptions to clarify employee role expectations and increase the effectiveness of rewards structures, performance management programs and more.
Prior to joining C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group, Damien worked at two of the largest compensation consulting firms, where he most recently led projects with Fortune 100 companies and several of the world’s most recognizable brands. He has worked in both the U.S. and the U.K. and has experience supporting global compensation initiatives.
Damien holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of St. Scholastica.
