Emma’s experience includes:
- Conducting extensive market benchmarking of base salaries, incentive payouts, and total compensation to ensure competitive positioning.
- Leading stakeholder interviews with executives to gather insights on organizational strategy, job roles, and compensation philosophy.
- Designing customized pay structures and incentive plans tailored to client needs.
- Developing detailed cost models to assess the financial impact of proposed solutions, enabling clients to make informed decisions about budget allocation and return on investment.
- Performing in-depth data analysis on pay differentiation, performance distribution, pay equity, pay-for-performance alignment, and compensation bands.
Before joining C3, Emma worked as a Consultant in the Sales Force Effectiveness practice at a global consulting firm. In this role, she served as project manager on multiple engagements focused on competitive compensation and incentive plan design. Before that, she was part of the Analytics & Benchmarking team at a leading management consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience at a Big Four accounting firm.
Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
