Prior to joining C3, Parker was a Vice President at Pearl Meyer, where he advised clients on executive compensation and strategic incentive design. Earlier in his career, he honed his executive compensation skills at Mercer and gained valuable industry insight during his time at Phillips 66.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
