Yu Liang is a Senior Analyst with the C3 Nonprofit Consulting Group with more than five years of experience working in data analysis.
Yu’s experience includes:
- Conducting statistical analyses of compensation data to determine competitive market rates.
- Researching market practices on compensation and benefits programs, including annual incentive plans and retirement offerings.
- Facilitating compensation surveys and analyzing results while providing insight into areas of opportunity.
- Assisting with reporting, assessments, and other resources to help clients manage their workforce.
Yu attended the University of California – Santa Barbara where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Data Science.
She is currently working towards a Master of Science degree in Communication Data Science at the University of Southern California.
